Beauty Trends I'll Be Rocking This Fall

As I came back to London from California, I realized my summer 'make-up uniform', which includes sun-kissed skin in pair with a splash of gold eye shadow and Nars Orgasm blush on my cheeks is no longer suitable. Going through tons of magazines I was inspired by of Fall 11/12 catwalk looks. I want to share my favourites with you.
I definitely loved different use of eyeliner: funky thick pencil at D&G and glamourous precision liner paired with dewy skin and nude lips at Gianfranco Feree and Dolce&Gabanna. One of the most interesting and fun trends were metallic eyes seen at Derek Lam and Chanel (extremely easy and quick to apply, but with a major impact). I also loved a splash of red/rubby on the lips at Diane Von Furstenberg, Giles and Gucci shows. And of course, no winter season is complete without the smoky eyes look. Dramatic eye make-up a with a tiny bit of bronze colour as seen on Roberto Cavali models work for me (minus the bronze part though, as this colour tends to make my eyes look tired). However, if I was asked which is my one favourite Autumn/Winter look of the season I would definitely say Emanuel Ungaro's and Lanvin's dramatic lashes, which stood out against flawless dewy skin and nude lips.
In terms of hair I will keep the braids that I loved in summer, but will wear it more messy as seen at Emilio Pucci.

Enjoy the pictures! xx
